Police will not face charges in the death of Donald Ivy, the man who police allegedly shocked with taser last April in the Arbor Hill neighborhood of Albany.

According to the Times Union:

An Albany County grand jury filed a "no true bill," declining to file charges against police, Albany County District Attorney David Soares said at a news conference Wednesday afternoon.
Soares said a pathologist determined the Taser did not cause Ivy's death but contributed to the stress from the struggle with police that triggered a fatal heart attack.
