He removed his fur and showed us all what he has been working hard on and I'm talking about that body! He mad it so hot in there that the actual ice sculptures that he had on the stage for his performance begin to melt.

For the entire show Guccie remained shirtless.

Later Travis Scott joined the stage and performed with Young Thug aka Jeffery

Right after the performances in true BET Hip Hop Award fashion the first round of cyphers kicked off with Philly Finest and Im talking Peedi Crakk, Neef Buck ,Beanie Sigel, Omillio Sparks and Freeway. Although this was the first Cypher I was so excited and happy to see all of these artists.

The performances continued with Dae Dae performing "Wat U Mean"

A performance that I loved was from Bust Ryhmes artist O.T Genasis. O.T Genasis gave us high energy like Busta would and showed us all how to "Cut it" and "Push it"

With a very popular hit show starting back up I knew it was only right that in the 4th Cypher of the show that Hakeem aka Yazz and Freda Gatz aka Bre-Z joined in and represent the Empire.

Yazz also came out with the colorful Cardi B to introduce an award. This by far was one of the funniest parts of the night.

One of the big awards given during the night was introduced by Kendrick Lamar who presented Snopp Dogg with the I Am Hip Hop Award.

During his acceptance speech Snoop addressed the young MC's offering up words of encouragement and support.

Lecrae too delivered a piece that spoke to the America we live in. One of my favorite parts of what he spoke was this

"They said make America great again, wait when was America great again? Was it when they took us from out natives land or was it when they took the natives land?"
