Hours before Kanye West revealed today (Sept. 27) that XXXTentacion appears on his forthcoming album Yandhi, an unverified OnSmash report claimed that the late rapper will also feature on the weekend's other blockbuster release, Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V.

"Before Lil Wayne and his record label reveals the official track list for Tha Carter V, we’ve received a heads up for the first official guest feature on the album. Tunechi has a track on the album with the late rapper XXXTentacion," the website wrote.

DJ Scheme, X's longtime DJ, tweeted yesterday that "another song by jah" is "dropping soon." It's unclear whether he was referring to a Kanye West song or something else.

An unverified tracklist circulating online lists XXXTentacion, who was fatally shot in June, as a guest on the album's alleged closing track titled "Dear Miss Cita." Photos of that tracklist also show features from Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Young Thug, Drake and more.

TMZ reported today that Post Malone also guests on the album after being asked by Weezy earlier this week to contribute vocals. Post's name does not appear on the aforementioned unverified tracklist.

Little is actually known about the project, which was first announced in 2012. Weezy did reveal to Billboard this month that one song samples R&B singer Sampha's 2013 song "Indecision." The track in question reportedly includes lyrics addressing Lil Wayne's suicide attempt at the age of 12.

XXXTentacion's first posthumous release as a lead artist, a duet with Lil Peep titled "Falling Down," was released earlier this month. He has also posthumously appeared on songs by Sauce Walka and Trippie Redd.

Before his death, the rapper born Jahseh Onfroy faced charges of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment and witness tampering. The case was dropped after his death.

Tha Carter V drops tonight at 9 p.m. PST. View DJ Scheme's tweets and photos of an unverified tracklist below.
