Sierra C-Babi Mccurdy, a Subway employee, has been fired for tweeting a post seemingly celebrating the shooting death of two police officers in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

According to McCurdy's comments to NBC News, "[the employers] took it the wrong way." She explained that her comment referred to the suspects, not the cops, and that she intended to use the crying emoticon instead.

That was actually a great retort from this young lady. I don't know what her intentions were when posting this and neither does anyone else. People could've taken the comments either way.

This is an interesting loophole this girl found to get out of this situation. She may just have a lawsuit if she really did mean it the other way. Subway might have to break her off for firing her for no reason but I doubt this will make it that far. They will probably settle out of court and everyone will go on with their lives.
