Let's start with the girls scores. Cohoes knocked off Schenectady 56-44, while Berne-Knox put up 70 to beat Northville by 20. Fonda scored 68 in their victory over Canajoharie and Mayfield sunk Middleburgh by putting up 65 of their own. Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville defeated Notre Dame Bishop Gibbons 48-39, while Hadley-Luzerne knocked off Fort Ann 41-23. Schoharie put up 73 in their win over Fort Plain and Duanesburg deposited 71 in their win over Galway. Hartford beat Argyle 66-34 and Whitehall dropped 49 on North Warren for their victory.

Off to a light night in boys basketball. The best game of the evening was a battle between Greenwich and Stillwater. The rivalry lived up to expectations as Stillwater held off the Witches for a 75-68 victory. Guilderland shut down Averill Park 56-37, while Hoosick Valley dropped 62 on Spa Catholic for a 13 point victory. Mechanicville traveled to Berlin-New Lebbanon and netted 78 for the victory, while Tamarac dropped 75 on Waterford on their home floor for a 34 point road win.
