Usher won the Favorite Soul/R&B Album honor Sunday (Nov. 18) at the 2012 American Music Awards for his latest album 'Looking 4 Myself.' The is the R&B crooner's eighth AMA trophy and his fourth in this category. Wow!

An enthusiastic Usher, donning some fresh gold-rimmed sunglasses, rushed the stage and was a little flustered as he flubbed his personal life motto, "Teamwork makes the dream work." He then was unceremoniously bleeped out as the censors cut off his mic. What the heck did he say?

Nevertheless, Usher was able to get his thank you's out to the right people. He congratulated his creative team, which included veteran manager Mike Pitts and hit maker Rico Love. He also rattled off a group of names before asking himself, "Did I forget anybody? Hurry up, Usher, time is a-ticking."

He also thanked a couple of more people in his camp and, most importantly, his financial team. Finally, Usher gave a shout-out to his fans. "Thank you guys so much for this incredible award. To the fans, thank you. Love you," he said.

Usher kicked off the AMAs with an energetic performance of 'Numb,' 'Climax' and 'Can't Stop Won't Stop.' All and all, it was a great night for Usher. He's probably screaming with delight right now.
