R&B superstars Usher, Alicia Keys and Stevie Wonder have been tapped to perform at the Kids' Inaugural Concert on Jan. 19 in Washington, D.C., according to People. Also on the bill are artists John Legend, Katy Perry and Brad Paisley.

The kids concert initially started four years ago during President Obama's first inaugural celebration in 2009. The event was created by First Lady Michelle Obama and Vice President Joe Biden's wife, Dr. Jill Biden. Other events will feature Nick Cannon, Mindless Behavior and the cast of 'Glee' but organizers aren't saying what venue they will be performing at.

The aforementioned artists join previously announced performers Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson and James Taylor, who will sing at the 57th Inauguration ceremony on Jan. 21 on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol.

Motown legend Smokey Robinson has confirmed to the Associated Press (via Washington Post) that he will be performing at the evening's Inaugural Ball with his own band.

"I've been in the White House many, many, many times for many presidents and this is the first time for me that its really felt like when I go to the White House or something like that, it feels like you're going to your family's," he said. "It feels like you're going home because thats how they treat me and that's how they treat my wife."

Tickets for the Inaugural Ball went on sale last Sunday (Jan. 6) at $60 a pop and were snapped up within minutes. The Inaugural Ball is being held at the Washington Convention Centers' five exhibit halls and is expected to draw 35,000 attendees.
