By now you are probably tired of hearing about Jay-Z and Solange, but guess how much the tape of their fight sold for.

Page 6 reports that the tape was sold for $250,000 after "being shopped for five days to the highest bidder."

The tabloid also reports that the Standard Hotel has hired Hollywood lawyer Marty Singer to investigate who sold the tape. "There are only a handful of people who'd have access to that tape," said the source. "The Standard owns that tape."

Why do you need a lawyer to find out who sold this video? It should be real easy: look for the security guard who hasn't come to work in the past five days. What consequences could this person face? Is it illegal to sell a security tape? I'm pretty sure the person could care less about getting fired from a security job when they made $250K for just selling a video.
