After major retailer Bed Bath & Beyond closed locations across the country, many of those shuttered stores remain empty. There is an empty one in Albany County that is being transformed into a new HomeGoods store.
One-Four-Six Marketplace is a proposed mixed-use development to be built on 21 acres across from Lowe's at the intersection of Route 146 and Old Route 146 in Halfmoon. There would be 10 buildings total featuring 328 luxury apartments, retail stores, swimming pools, courtyards, restaurants, offices, underground parking, and more.
