The “Turn Up” kid is officially the most annoying dude in the Capital Region. A video that documents a brawl near the Capitol after the annual St. Patty’s Day parade has gone viral. It’s tough to decipher exactly what lead to the may lay because of shaky camera work and the d-bag screaming “turn up” non-stop.

At least 2 arrests have been made due to the incident. The two Bethlehem teens were arrested for charges including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer and tumultuous behavior.
