A Schenectady man led police on a high-speed chase Sunday with three young children and a woman in the car.

According to The Daily Gazette, the Sunday chase ran through rt 5 in Glenville into Rotterdam and Schenectady onto I-890 before ending with a crash around 5:30pm. Police weren't able to confirm any injuries but said that the three children appeared uninjured at the scene. Driver John Sanchez, 22 of Schenectady faces faces four counts of reckless endangerment and felonies. Children's ages were listed as 4, 6 and 8 months while the woman was 23 years old. Sanchez is accused of doing speeds of up to 130 mph on Route 5. He had previously been arrested in 2017 for taking his girlfriend's car and trying to run her down with it. Details remain unclear regarding Sunday's incident.  Sanchez is being held on $10,000 bail.
