After spending much of 2019 in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 as a result of smash hits like “Wow” and the Swae Lee-assisted “Sunflower,” Post Malone drops his first full-length LP of the year. Hollywood’s Bleeding, the third album from the multi-platinum “Rockstar” artist features collaborations with rap stars like Future, Lil Baby, DaBaby, Meek Mill and Young Thug, who appears on the single, “Goodbyes.” Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne contributes to “Take What You Want,” alongside the “White Iverson” artist and Travis Scott.
A year after the untimely loss of XXXTentacion, fans and followers are being granted a new reason to revisit his second album. The 2017 XXL Freshman’s ? receives a deluxe edition re-release that features the project in its original form, as well as previously unreleased material that includes remixes, demos, instrumentals and behind-the-scenes photos. X‘s holiday-inspired EP, A Ghetto Christmas Carol, is also a part of the eagerly anticipated release. Following the re-release of ?, the late “Sad!” rapper’s estate plans to deliver his Bad Vibes Forever album, which is slated to feature Lil Wayne, Lil Nas X, Tory Lanez, Blink-182, DJ Carnage and Mavado.
Idk has some questions, which he looks to answer throughout his debut album Is He Real? The “He” in the album’s title refers to God, as the Maryland rapper questions his faith on many of the LP’s tracks. The collection features the introspective banger “Alone” and the afrobeat-infused rap ballad “December” (featuring Burna Boy), which samples “Summer Madness” by Kool & the Gang. Among the guest features on the album include Pusha T, J.I.D, DMX, GLC, James Blake and Tyler, The Creator.
