Police Offering $10,000 Reward For Info Leading To Arrest In Weekend Stabbing Case

The manhunt continues for 18 year old, Eric L. Green. Police want to question the man about a stabbing incident on Sunday. State trooper Rodney Smith was stabbed in the neck on Sunday after speaking to a man inside the Empire State Plaza concourse. Troopers say Green is “known to police” but wouldn’t go in to further detail. State troopers are offering a $10,000 reward for info leading to the arrest and conviction of the man responsible.

The trooper is being treated at Albany Med and, luckily, is expected to make a full recovery.
