Police Need Help Identifying A Man Dragging A Child Out Of Walmart

Police are looking for assistance in locating a man caught on a security camera dragging a child by his hooded sweatshirt exiting Walmart on Rte 7 in Troy.

The incident occurred at 5:30 on Wednesday. According to witnesses he was accompanied by an unknown female. All three were seen driving away in a red four door station wagon.

I don't know what they are looking for him for ? I believe the woman they are looking for is probably the boys mother and if she lets him discipline her child to the point where it is abuse she should be charged as well. If you have seen these 3 make sure you get in contact with 518-270-0128.
