Busta Rhymes is preparing to drop a new album in November, Extinction Level Event 2. He revealed some details in an interview with XXL, and it sounds epic. Guests scheduled to appear on the album include Lil Wayne and Kanye West. He also has a record with Eminem, which he hyped up big time.

“I’ve got a six minute record with Eminem that sounds like we are respectfully trying to battle each other in a way that you probably never heard us battle in our entire careers on a record,” he told XXL.

Another song on the album, produced by Busta himself, has a battle-type scenario as well. “Thank You” features Kanye, Lil Wayne and Q-Tip. Busta Bus positioned the song like a WWE tag team match-up, telling MTV “I just wanted to put it to bed and create an eventful moment where me and Wayne being Young Money/Cash Money on one team, Q-Tip and Kanye be on another movement on G.O.O.D. Music, just showing that comaraderi and that alliance and just making it official on a real Hip Hop level.”

“Thank You” is currently planned to be the first single off the project. The album is a follow-up to “Extinction Level Event – The Final World Front,” released in 1998.
