Nas Teams With Hennessy to Inspire Fans to ‘Never Stop, Never Settle’
The road to stardom wasn't so smooth for Nas but through it all he still remains "Hip-Hop's Finest MC." To help inspire others to fulfill their dreams, the New York rapper has teamed up with Hennessy for their second annual Wild Rabbit campaign.
As the cognac brand's newest ambassador, Nas will share his personal stories in life and music with his fans under the campaign's mantra "Never Stop, Never Settle."
To kick off the initiative, the 'Bye Baby' rapper will perform an intimate concert at New York's R Lounge on Tuesday (Jan. 15), which will be live-streamed on Hennessy's Facebook page at 9:45 p.m. ET. In addition, Nas will hold a live Twitter Q&A session during the concert with questions submitted via the social media site.
"Nas is not only a master in music, but is blazing new trails in film and philanthropy, among other passions," said Rodney Williams, Senior Vice President of Moet Hennessy USA in a press release.
Added Nas: "This partnership with Hennessy has been almost two decades in the making. I am honored to be included in the group of previous partners Hennessy has selected over the years and hope this campaign will inspire others to 'never stop, never settle.'"
Nas' latest album 'Life Is Good' has earned him four Grammy nominations, including Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song ('Daughters'). He's currently working on his 12th album and shows no signs of slowing down.
