Lupe Fiasco Cancels Album

Lupe Fiasco tweeted some less-than fortunate news for fans looking forward to his album, Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 2. It aint gonna happen.

Part 1 of the series was released on September 25th of 2012 and featured tracks like “B---- Bad” and “Battle Scars.” Fans loved the project, but it didn’t spark much mainstream success. When released, it sold 90,000 copies in its first week.

A follow up tweet teased a new title and concept for a 2013 album. The tweets were quickly removed but you know we caught em!
