Ludacris Talks New Mixtape + ‘Ludaversal’ Status

We’re about to get some new music from Ludacris! He’ll be releasing a free mixtape in conjunction with the release of the new Fast & Furious movie on May 24th.

“The mixtape is coming out the same day as Fast & Furious 6. May 24th. Then my album Ludaversal will be out sometime in the fall around September.”

Ludaversal was expected to be released LAST September, so don’t take the estimate to heart.

Luda’s been dropping new music each week since last month. It’s a part of his I.D.G.A.F.F. campaign, which stands for “I Don’t Give A F--- Fridays.” The mixtape is expected to be compiled of the records he’s been releasing.

Early rumors expect the mixtape to be titled, “DTP Records Presents… I Don’t Give A F---.”

The Fast & Furious soundtrack will be released on May 24th as well. His record, Rest Of My Life (featuring Usher + David Guetta) is featured on the record. Here’s the complete track listing:

This will be Luda’s 3rd appearance as Tej Parker in the film franchise. He also appeared in the second and fifth installments.
