Lord Jamar doesn't like listening to women or White people who rap.

On Wednesday (Sept. 11), battle rap podcast Rapmatic shared a new interview with the Brand Nubian MC, and in it, Jamar explains that he's not with those types of rappers because their music doesn't strike his personal sensibilities.

"I'm from the Sean Price school," Jamar begins. "I don't fuck with female rappers [for] the same reason I don't fuck with white rappers or wack rappers—I can't resonate with what a woman is talking about. Now listen, can I appreciate a sister that can rhyme good? Yes. Rah Digga can rhyme! She's dope. Bahamadia—dope! But do I want to listen to a female rhyming about female shit? It doesn't resonate with me."

When the show's host brings up the fact that Jamar works with Rah Digga as his co-host on his very own podcast, Jamar doubles down on his comments. However, he adds that while he would never purposely turn on a song made by a female rapper, he wouldn't turn it off if it came on the radio.

This isn't the first time Jamar has made comments like this. Back in May, 50 Cent actually took a shot at Jamar after Jamar claimed that Black people don't listen to Eminem.

“My thing about Eminem and all that—and I hate bringing his fucking name up—my thing about this muthafucka is you can’t crown somebody king and circumvent the true kingdom,” Jamar had said. “Like White people will crown Eminem king because he sold the most records out of all rappers. But, when we go into everyday life of Black people, people who are the originators of this shit, we don’t fucking listen to Eminem."

In response, 50 wrote on Instagram, "Lord Jerome better sit his ass down, I thought you died already Nigga. Get the fuck outta here you ain’t Grand Puba anyway. I’m gonna need a bum ass nigga in one of my shows.I’ll be reaching out shortly."
