JoJo has been keeping busy these past few years by releasing two mixtapes -- 2010's 'Can't Take That Away From Me' and 2012's 'Agápē.' But the fact is, she hasn't released a studio album since 2006's 'The High Road.' It looks like that new album is coming thanks to her new contract.

The singer has signed a new deal with Atlantic Records after a long battle with Blackground Records to get released from her original deal, MTV reports. She has been unable to release her third LP because of the struggle. JoJo finally declared a lawsuit last summer, which prompted her fans to launch a #freeJoJo campaign on Twitter.

The songstress' move worked, and now she joins the likes of K. Michelle, Janelle Monae and Wiz Khalifa on Atlantic. Now let's see where she goes from here.
