Planet Fitness To Offer Free High School Summer Pass

Planet Fitness will once again be offering free memberships for local teens looking to stay active this summer or for the ideal place to train for fall sports.

According to a report from WTVM, this is the fifth year that Planet Fitness is offering the free program, and it is available at all of its locations in the United States. The program is open to teens 14 to 19 years old, and sign-ups for the free memberships are underway now through Friday, May 31st. The free summer memberships will offer teens full access to the wide array of workout equipment, along with access to fitness training sessions with certified trainers

Planet Fitness currently operates 12 locations in the Capital Region, including Clifton Park, Latham, Glenville, Rotterdam, Troy, Loudonville, Albany, Saratoga Springs, Glenmont, East Greenbush, Amsterdam, and Queensbury.

According to the Planet Fitness website, the free access will run from Saturday, June 1st, through Sunday, August 31st. Teens can sign up online or in person at a local Planet Fitness club.
