New York State Police Ask for Your Help In East Greenbush and Valatie Area

Have you ever had something stolen from you? Wallet, purse, credit cards, anything of value? There is an immediate feeling of panic followed by the fear of losing your money and identity. Best thing to do is notify the police so the criminal will be caught right away. Well, sometimes these cases take months to sort out and occasionally the police ask the public for help.

This incident took place in the Capital Region at some of the same places that you do business. A local restaurant, your neighborhood target and more. Can you help New York State Police identify these suspects?

This particular case dates back to September 2022 when a purse was stolen from LaBella's Restaurant in Valatie. Like many purses, this one contained a variety of items including credit cards. Troopers are hoping you might be able to help identify the individuals, or their vehicle, pictured below in connection with this incident.

Following the theft of the purse, the credit cards contained within were used to purchase gift cards at Target in East Greenbush, NY.
