After the success of his latest album, 'Trouble Man: Heavy Is the Head,' T.I. decided to go back to his roots and bring his team along with him on a new mixtape, 'G.D.O.D.,' which stands for “Get Dough or Die.”

Showing that he is as natural as they come, spitting over some trap beats, T.I. also steps back during the project to allow other members of the Hustle Gang label to get their shine.

The mixtape starts off with T.I. saying, “If you about that bread then you alright with us,” all over an intense beat, which sets the tone for the mixtape.

'Blocka' is surely going to get some radio play, as T.I. brings out French Montana, Young Dro and Meek Mill for the track. The beat is a perfect match for T.I. and Meek Mill’s energy as it can get you going from 0 to 50 in three seconds.

B.o.B. tries to find his place on a few too many song but 'Problems' and 'Animal' showcase what he does his best, and really puts focus on his flow.

Young Jeezy makes a cameo on the track 'Only N Atlanta,' and the collaboration between him and T.I. doesn’t disappoint one bit as the two speak about what makes their hometown special. This track will certainly make you want to put the top down on the car and ride out as the weather warms up.

This mixtape ends with a different change of pace as Iggy Azalea, who recently signed to Island Def Jam, shows her allegiance on 'Chasin’ Me.' She spits a few bars before singing the hook, as she claims that the money is chasing her down.

Overall, if you are looking for a flashback to the mid 2000’s version of T.I. and to see what the Hustle Gang crew is capable of, this mixtape will do just that. With a mixture of trap songs and some radio tracks, this will please the rapper's biggest fans and give others a glimpse of what's to come from the camp.
