Gucci Mane Indicted For Smackin’ A U.S. Solider With A Bottle

Gucci Mane’s wild behavior has been well documented over the years. The most recent incident happened in March when the rapper allegedly attacked a man with a bottle. The man, a United States soldier, approached Gucci for an autograph before being attacked in an Atlanta night club.

Gucci was denied bond. His lawyer defended the court’s decision saying, “Mr. Davis has a history, we’re not going to skirt that issue. That history made it difficult for him to get bond today.”

The situation is getting worse for Gucci. He’s remained behind bars up until yesterday’s court hearing where he was indicted on one count of aggravated assault. The case will most likely end up going to trial. His lawyer seems confident, though. The lawyer noted that there aren’t any confirmed witnesses of the attack.
