Fabolous is known for his romantic sap rap on tracks like 'Can't Let You Go' and 'Make Me Better,' but don't expect the rapper to head to the aisle any time soon.

In a new interview with Vlad TV, Fab opens up about his thoughts on marriage. "Some people just want to get married because it's a nice thing to do, like a way to show that you love somebody, but they don't see all of the things that come around marriage, and the mind state it takes to be in," the rapper states.

Fab hasn't given up on love though. "If it presents itself and I'm ready to do that, I would definitely... I think marriage is a great thing," he adds. "I just think a lot of people don't respect it in the same way that I respect it."

The Brooklyn rapper also shares his thoughts about making it official with baby mama Emily, of 'Love & Hip Hop' fame. "We got a child together. That's my lady. We're just raising a 5-year-old boy. Simple as that, going through everything that it takes to do that. A 5-year-old is a handful," he states.

Currently, his mind is focused on his upcoming album, 'Loso's Way 2: Rise to Power,' due in July. The effort has already spawned songs like the Chris Brown-assisted 'Ready' and the 2 Chainz-featured 'When I Feel Like It.'
