WGNA is excited to welcome the Schenectady Holiday Parade on Saturday, November 23rd.

Parade

The 2019 Schenectady Holiday Parade in Downtown Schenectady will be on Saturday, November 23rd. The Daily Gazette, The Capital Region Chamber, and the City of Schenectady will be coming together for this magical Sugar Rush of holiday cheer! Starting at 5pm, this will be the 51st gathering for this Capital Region tradition. The floats, dancers, bands, vehicles, and guests will be sparkling with Holiday Spirit. Get ready to enjoy everything sweet, from gingerbread houses, candy canes and all kinds of deserts. Make sure you come celebrate for Schenectady's "Sweetest" parade. It’s Sponsored by First New York Federal Credit Union, PriceChopper Market 32 and Mohawk Honda, WTEN and FOX 23

Pre-Parade

Pre-Parade Street Festival, held on November 23rd from 2pm-5pm on Jay Street. Join the party before the party. Face painters, balloon artists, live music, food vendors, crafts, local business' and more! Get here early and celebrate the holidays at the Pre-Paradde Street Festival!
