Hot 99.1 has teamed with the City of Albany Department of Recreation and B. Lodge & Company to create the inaugural 90’s Throwback City Skate event. This event will take place at the Swinburne Skating Rink in Swinburne Park Albany, providing a safe, family friendly environment with skating fun for every age group for our School Supply Drive.
There will be roller skating, live music from our Hot 99.1fm DJs, water spray pad, basketball courts, a park with open field, food, and beverages available via the concessions and various food trucks.
Skate party entry and skate rentals will be free with a donation of either two unopened/unused school supplies or two canned goods per person to be provided to those in need in the Capital District.

When: Saturday, August 26th from 3pm to 9pm
How:
Two (2) Skating Sessions:
- 3p-6:30p for Families (Adults with small children)
- 7p-9p for Teens & Adults
Admission to skate building and skate rental:
- Teens & Adults: Two (2) or unopened/unused school supplies, more canned goods, or general admission of $3
- Kids accompanied by an adult: One (1) canned good, unopened school supplies or general admission of $2
- Cash/Check donations will be accepted
