Drew Barrymore looked absolutely radiant when she showed off her baby bump at the 2014 Golden Globes. Could it be because she's taking full advantage of eating for two?

"Oh, God. I mean, I just eat everything I want, which isn't healthy," the actress spilled during an appearance on the 'Ellen DeGeneres Show' on Jan. 13. "I'm bigger this time than my first time. My doctor the other day was like, 'Yeah, so I think maybe pull back a little bit.' I was like, 'Really?'''

The doctor's advice surprised the 38-year-old star, who is expecting her second daughter with husband Will Kopelman. (The two are already parents to 15-month-old Olive.)

"I thought I was doing great," she explained. "I still fit into those jeans. I mean, they hurt when I wear them, but I'm still in them... I just want to enjoy the pasta right now. It's not like it's going to look that much different! What's 10 pounds?"

When the talk show host heartily agreed with her, Barrymore joked, "When I'm, like, twirling those vegetable pan fried noodles from, like, Chinese takeout later, I'm going to say Ellen said it was OK to do that."

You tell 'em, girl.
