Drake‘s Club Paradise Tour went on as scheduled without any arrests or bottle throwing on Saturday (June 16) in New York. As promised, Drizzy held his own Summer Jam 2012 — although Nicki Minaj didn’t show up to perform — and brought out a slew of rap heavyweights including 2 Chainz, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Busta Rhymes, the Weeknd and many more.

During the concert, Drizzy addressed the audience and possibly referenced the infamous nightclub brawl with Chris Brown that has left several people with severe injuries. Before he introduced Waka Flocka Flame to the stage, Drake told the crowd:

“You were having a good night so far you done had a couple drinks, you done met a couple thangs, but then the n—a in the corner starts looking at you funny and you feel a motherf—in’ way about it. And then somebody going to the bathroom bumps you with their elbow and you like, ‘What the f—?’ You know at that time in my life there’s really only one n—a that I wanna hear…”

Otherwise, it was a helluva show as the Young Money maverick brought out rap heavyweights 2 Chainz for ‘No Lie’; Waka Flocka Flame ‘Round of Applause’; Meek Mill for ‘Amen’; A$AP Rocky for ‘Pretty Flocko’ and fellow Canadian artist The Weeknd for ‘Crew Love.’ There was also a Cam’ron and Dipset reunion and a quick appearance by labelmate Busta Rhymes who got the crowd hype with his classic ‘Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See.’
