R&B singer Tank has enlisted Chris Brown for ‘Lonely,’ a song from Tank’s upcoming album ‘This Is How I Feel,’ which drops on May 8.

Brown has branched out into electronic dance music and hip-hop, but ‘Lonely’ gives him a chance to return to a sexy soul sound. Tank sings about being surrounded by women but feeling alone because he misses his last girlfriend.

Breezy does a bit of rapping on the track, in addition to singing, “Keep them bottles coming, women all around me / It’s so many pretty ladies and n—- stop counting / And I said, already replaced you with a new girl / Yeah, she don’t do for me the things you do girl / I’m still lonely, I’m still lonely.

Brown also sings, “I just want you back in my Range Rover.” A curious lyric, considering that Rihanna‘s latest album includes the line, “Know that I’m missing that kissing in the Rover.” Are these two sending messages to each other through their music?

Brown and Tank teamed up once before on the song ‘Take My Time,’ which scored a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group. Brown also appeared on Tank’s 2010 album ‘Now or Never’ on a song called ‘Foreplay.’ These two guys love getting together to sing for the ladies!
