After serving 108 days in jail, embattled R&B singer Chris Brown was freed early Monday morning (June 2).

According to Associated Press, Breezy left the Los Angeles County jail around midnight. His whereabouts are unknown at this time.

The 'Loyal' singer has been incarcerated since March after a judge sentenced him to 131 days in jail after breaking the rules at a rehab facility. Brown was initially sentenced to a year in jail but got credit for 116 days he spent in rehab and another 59 days he spent in custody in May for violating his probation, stemming from his 2009 assault case against ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The 25-year-old crooner's legal matters are far from over. Brown still has a D.C. assault trial on the docket, which is expected to begin in the next few months.

Brown did send out a message to his Team Breezy fan club, who were more than thrilled to see him out of an orange jumpsuit. He tweeted:
