Brooke Burke Canned by DWTS, Erin Andrews to Replace Her

ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" host Brooke Burke-Charvet was suddenly fired this week from the season 18 line-up!

Let's face it, Brooke Burke-Charvet wasn't exactly as entertaining as her cohost Tom Bergeron on the hit celebrity dance competition show "Dancing With the Stars".  She joined the cast as the cohost eight years ago following her mirror ball win with Derek Hough in season 7.

The spontaneously funny Grammy award winning cohost Tom Bergeron is a tough act to keep up with, even I'll admit to that, but to replace Brooke with no forewarning & by someone who has NEVER even won the competition seems a little shady, even in Hollywood!

FOX sports reporter Erin Andrews will be the new cohost when season 18 kicks off this Spring.  Erin competed in season 10 paired up with HOTtie Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

This season of DWTS should be interesting especially since this news came right after the shocker that the show also eliminated long time music director Harold Wheeler & his 28 member live band.

Can you say budget cut?!
