Brawl At Migos Concert: Who Is To Blame?

In case you missed it, this week there was a fight that turned into a brawl at the Washington Avenue Armory.

I happened to be there but left moments before the main brawl took off. I left around 12:15 a.m. Apparently all this happened around 12:50 a.m.

What is your take: who do you think is to blame for this melee and how do we prevent this from happening again?
