In couple of weeks, August Alsina will release his debut album 'Testimony.' The R&B crooner stop by the 'Arsenio Hall Show' to talk about his humble beginnings as well as perform.

Before he serenaded the ladies, he chatted with Mr. Hall about being homeless and the significance of his "Self Made" tattoos. The New Orleans native explained that while he was homeless he made a promise to himself to make his dreams become a reality. He also vowed to keep his older brother’s name alive with his album 'Testimony.'

Afterward, Alsina hit the stage to perform. The crooner started off singing his latest track, 'Make It Home.' He then turned it up with a rendition of his chart-topping hit, 'I Luv This S---.'

August Alsina’s LP 'Testimony' will hit stores on April 15. The collection boasts appearances from Rick Ross, Fabolous, Chris Brown, Jeezy, Pusha T and Yo Gotti.
