Young Thug has been hit with a $360,000 lawsuit by a New York event organizer who had to cancel a concert Thug was scheduled to headline after the rapper failed to perform. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Thug had signed a $55,000 contract to perform at Sahlens Stadium in Rochester, New York as part of Roc Summer Explosion, an advertisement for the event included below.

Details as to why Thugger didn't perform are not included, only that he “did not have a valid legal reason for his failure to perform.” The lawsuit, filed on Jan. 17, explains that Thug did return to Rochester in December, months after his scheduled performance, but played a different venue. Thug's YSL Enterprises has not yet responded to the lawsuit, which claims the concert organizer lost $201,620 in tickets sales alone. Additional losses include a $27,500 deposit and $57,446 in printing, promo, rentals and insurance costs.

In November, Young Thug angered students at Norfolk State University in Virginia after he was a no-show for their homecoming concert. Thugger was slated to headline the show along with D.R.A.M. but missed his set completely, D.R.A.M. introducing him to the stage only to find out Jeffery wasn't actually in the building. According to sources, Thug missed his flight and was unable to make the show. He as well never really showed up for his own video shoot last month, though the director made the best of his absence.
