Young Thug seems to be a magnet for beefs. While sparring with Game, Thugger also has to deal with an ongoing feud between he and Florida rapper Plies.

The controversy started last fall when Plies re-posted a viral Instagram video of Young Thug's daughter saying she was "muthaf---ing tired." Thugger responded by threatening to slap Plies the next time the two encountered each other ("Get this s--- off yo page or its problems") and Plies eventually fired back in an interview with Complex.

"First of all, I don't play with a certain tier of artist," Plies declared. "I don't play with a certain tier of artists, like you trying to get poppin' and s---. I don't f--- with lower tier artists, I just don't."

After citing Thugger's album sales, (Young Thug's I'm Up project reportedly opened its first week at 10,000 units sold) Plies reiterated that the Atlanta rapper was not of a high enough stature to bother him.

"You got cats who ain’t poppin’ trying to get poppin.’ They just say what they want to say,” said Plies. “Dog ain’t poppin’ … What he did --10-14,000 records the first week? That’s poppin?'”

"Don't you go back and forth with a muthaf---a that ain't on your level."

Sure, Plies has two gold albums--but they were released almost a decade ago, when people actually still bought rap albums en masse. But we won't let a good rap beef get bogged down with silly things like specifics.

Young Thug issued another diss to Plies via Twitter.

"@plies uma millionaire p---y boy," Thug tweeted.

"And I bought my whole family CARS/HOUSES HAVE U LIL N---A...@plies go check the numbers p---y, I got way more HITS then u could ever have.... And u twice my age @plies u need a tour @plies U disrespect kids f--- boy, nobody f---s with that type...ALWAYS REMEMBER.... "IM UP"
