Things are starting to look pretty grim for Young Thug. After he was named in an indictment along with Birdman as possibly putting out a hit on Weezy, Thugger is now facing charges after federal agents raided his home.

According to WSB-TV Atlanta, Thugger's Sandy Springs home was raided by federal agents on Wednesday (July 15) after they served him with an arrest warrant in relation to his terroristic threats charge. The rapper is accused of threatening to shoot a mall security guard in the face.

While his threat may have been simply a lighthearted joke in his eyes, this enabled Sandy Springs police to raid Thug's home, where they found drugs and weapons. Today (July 16), police charged the "Danny Glover" rhymer with multiple felonies, including drug and weapons charges. He is now being held at the DeKalb County Jail in Atlanta.

As for the plot to kill Lil Wayne, Thug is named in the indictment as being connected to Lil Wayne's tour bus shooting in April. The indictment alleges that the Rich Gang members were involved with a third conspirator, Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, to try to kill Lil Wayne on his tour bus.

The storied beef between Cash Money and Lil Wayne revolves around Weezy's frustration with the label for not releasing his album, Tha Carter V. With Wayne and Thug trading barbs over the past few months, their beef escalated to unfathomable heights. Recently, Wayne said that he moved past his issues with Thug and didn't care to entertain their beef any longer.

Mike Petchenik of WSB-TV Atlanta tweeted the news of Thug's drug and weapons violations charges earlier today.
