Young Buck is having a bad few weeks. After news broke two weeks ago that he was arrested for threatening to burn his ex-girlfriend's apartment down, the question remained whether or not he'd be cited for probation violation. At the time, he was in custody for only a few hours before he was released on $5,000 bond.

Well, according to TMZ, Buck was indeed arrested for probation violation and the rapper spent the weekend in a federal jail. Buck was booked into Warren County Regional on Thursday and according to documents filed by the U.S. Attorney, the government also moved to revoke his probation. He was locked up on the basis that "he may flee" and that he "poses a danger to others."

Buck is on probation for a 2012 federal gun charge, which is why the government brought him into custody. Buck was released on Monday but has to return to court to see if his probation will be revoked.

Buck's troubles come on the heels of his recently released the song, “The Get Back” in the wake of the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. The song stirred controversy, but Buck said it was important that he speak out.

There's no word yet on the exact date that Buck is due back in court.
