What’s With All The Pianos Around Albany?

A British artist has set up 13 pianos in the downtown Albany area for you to play at your leisure until July 27.

The Downtown Albany Business District presents Play Me, I’m Yours from now until July 27, 2014.

Luke Jerram has setup over more than 1,200 pianos all across the globe since 2008, and has brought this ambitious project to Albany. What's significant is that he chose Albany this year over any other city this year, so far.

Take a look at the pianos and where they're located here. Maybe when you're out and about this month, you'll sit down and tickle the ivories, as they say. What's more, have a friend record it on their smartphone and upload it. You might knock us out with a performance like this guy below.
