Kanye West might have his eye on the presidential seat for 2020, but Waka Flocka Flame is eyeing the Speaker of the House position for this year.

The current Speaker, John Boehner, announced his resignation in late September. But time is running out to find his successor since he's leaving the office on Oct. 30 -- or until they find his replacement. Republican Congressman Paul Ryan is being eyed as the next Speaker.

But Waka has one reason why the American people should against the idea: "You don't want Paul Ryan Mall Cop as Speaker of the House. You want Waka F---ing Flocka F---ing Flame," said the local trap star in the Funny or Die video.

The 29-year-old rhymer also admitted that although it has been a lifelong dream of his to be a rapper, there was something more in the stars for his destiny. "Ever since I was a kid I always wanted to be a rapper. But there's always means to the end. You see, my real dream was to run Congress," he said before officially announcing himself as a candidate for the position.

The "O Let's Do It" rapper was originally planning to run for president in 2016, but he shared that despite being six years too young for the job, he realized that the real power doesn't lay in the commander of the free world's seat.

The video cuts to show President Obama stating that there's only so much he can do without Congress behind him. But instead of Boehner sitting behind the President, it's the "No Hands" rapper. And just as viewers realize it, the "Hard in da Paint" rapper screams "Waka!"

Although it seems an America under the Flockaveli creator's reign wouldn't be too bad. He pledged to pass laws in favor of marijuana, women's rights and gun control. As for "stupid" ideas like voter ID laws and building a wall around Mexico, they're sure to be "blocked, blocked, blocked," he said.
