Happy Valentine's Day!! Love is still in the air in the midst of all of the snow on the ground. Anyone happen to get a morning wedding proposal? This poor city girl did and before she even got a chance to put her ring on, she was robbed!!

Ok, ok, so she was "robbed." This was a prank that went down in Philly, you gotta watch the expressions on the people's faces as they witness this romantic moment turned tragic.
