Travis Scott had his biggest year to date in 2015, dropping his debut album Rodeo and charting high with the single "Antidote." Scott has promised even more music in 2016, saying that a new album is on the way. While he treated fans to two new tracks on New Year's Eve, Scott is back with even more new music, this time riding an EDM beat by DJ Mustard on "Whole Lotta Lovin.'" The track features Scott employing autotune to coast over Mustard's plucking synths and keys. For the hook, Scott sings, "Finally, I can move how I wanted/I need, pick the time and I’m zonin'/You got me, I got you and that’s all that I need/When I wake in the mornin'." There's no indication as of now whether the track is for a Scott project, a Mustard one or neither, but it's a hybrid sound that borders on party anthem and feel-good love song without delving too deeply into either. Listen to the track below, with Scott and Mustard leading the way as two of the preeminent musicians bringing hip-hop into the new year.
