First off, I don't understand why this young man has a weave? This has to be one of the dumbest things I've seen in #BLANKSTARENEWS.

According to Shreveport Times:

Donovan Mosley, 17, of Shreveport, Louisiana, was arrested by police Wednesday night for terrorizing after the teen posted a Facebook video threatening to open fire at C.E. Byrd High School the next day. In this video, police said Mosley addresses C.E. Bryd High School, telling them to "be ready" when he arrives on campus with his hand gun, which he can be seen holding during the video. Idiot. "I’ve heard of bomb threats being called into schools, but social media? I had never seen anything like it. It was new territory," the school's spokesperson said. "This is the most blatant threat I've ever seen."

"Donovan Mosley is not a student within Caddo Parish Public Schools and has not been affiliated with the district for more than a year. As such he also was not a Byrd High School student," the school's spokesperson added. Louisiana law sets penalties for terrorizing at not more than $15,000 or imprisonment for up to 15 years or both.

This is sooooo stupid. Why would you threaten to shoot a school online and then he doesn't even attend the school he is threatening? They are probably going to give him the max amount of time for doing something so stupid.
