Tan Ban For Under 17

Sorry kids, Governor Cuomo signed a law banning the use of artificial tanning beds by those younger than 17. Like, OMG, that means, like, I’m going to be so pale at my junior prom!!! #getoverit

The old law allowed people 14-17 years of age to tan with parental permission. At most salons, a written note from home would do the trick.

The new law takes effect in 30 days.
