Tamar Braxton just nabbed a deal for a new talk show just days after her controversial exit as a co-host of The Real.

On Thursday (June 2), talk show host and comedian Steve Harvey announced during his radio interview with Tamar that he inked a deal to produce a new TV talk show for Braxton. Harvey has his own production company and Tamar confirmed the deal via Instagram calling it an "AMAZING opportunity." She skipped out on revealing any details about the new show so we’ll have to wait and see.

The 39-year-old singer told Harvey that her firing from The Real came "out of the blue." She explained that no one from the show informed her as to why she was let go on the heels of the show’s second. Word is, the five-person group on the syndicated show became catty and allegedly there were often “power struggles” between the host and production staff.

Harvey revealed on The Steve Harvey Morning Show why he wanted to work with Tamar.

“We saw the opportunity of what people may recognize as the end, but it’s not,” he said. "It’s such a beginning. We think she would make a great game show host, we think she would make a great talk show host, we think she’s in line to produce a number of series...we are proud to announce today that Tamar Braxton is already on her feet.”

Congrats to Tamar Braxton on her new deal with Steve Harvey. Good luck!
