Tulip Fest is an Albany institution. Despite the name, there is a lot more going on than a tip-toe through the tulips. It's really a big family-friendly party that lasts the entire weekend. No matter what the weather is like, Tulip Fest always seems to be the first time I really feel like we've made it through the Capital Region winter...
Tis the season, to pat yourself on the back and be proud of your accomplishments!!! Toot your own horn because you believed in yourself and didn't give up. Shout at the top of your lungs, "I did it!!" to the Capital Region! I am talking to you my dearest College Graduates of the class of 2013! Congratulations! Stand tall and proud.
Mother’s Day Weekend is approaching which means Tulip Festival is almost here! Let’s hope the spring weather gets here in time for all those tulips to grow in Washington Park. This year’s events feature something for everyone – kids activities, crafts and live music.
Tulip Fest is a great time for all – kids, adults, families etc. Around 20,000 people attend every year! Bottom line, it’s a great place to meet new friends or hook-ups. I put together a list of pick-up lines to help you break the ice while schmoozing this weekend.
The 64th annual Tulip Fest is happening in Albany’s Washington Park on May 12th and 13th. Tulip Fest is also known as “Good Luck Getting A Parking Spot Without Receiving A Ticket Make Sure You Put Your Beer In A Brown Paper Bag Day”. Ok, maybe I made that second part up. I’m pumped!
