Kanye West has released the first track from 'Cruel Winter.'

One of the most glaring omissions on Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music album 'Cruel Summer' was the absence of newly-signed member Q-Tip. The veteran rhyme-spitter and producer acknowledges the fans' disappointment but he has some good news -- he will appear on the follow-up album.
