September 20, 2012 The rumor mill was buzzing a few months ago about BET shutting down it’s afternoon-staple, 106 And Park, for good. The show, which has been on-air for 12 years, is NOT set to end. The show will, however, have a new look next month.
After rocking the ‘Today’ morning show, Chris Brown made an appearance on BET’s ’106 & Park’ on Monday (June 11) to premire his new video ‘Don’t Wake Me Up.’ The R&B crooner talked with host Terrance J about his Grammy win, his artwork, and um, Rihanna.
Kanye West and Beyonce are the leading nominees for the 2012 BET Awards, with West nabbing seven nominations — five with Jay-Z as the Throne and two solo mentions. Following behind Yeezy is Beyonce with six nods, including two in the Video of the Year category for ‘Love on Top’ and ‘Countdown.’
