Each year for the past four years the City of Albany has been presenting deserving individuals with the Henry Johnson Award.

This will be the 4th year that the City Of Albany is awarding someone with the Henry Johnson Award. This award is designated to someone who lives in the City Of Albany that is a leader and is contributing to the community.

Congrats, Beyonce! The singer, dancer, actress, World’s Most Beautiful Woman and proud mama to Blue Ivy will add another title to her resume: award-winning journalist. Bey is set to take home a writing award from the New York Association of Black Journalists on May 15.
