A 47 year old man was charged with a DWI twice in just four days this week. Rodney A. Bentley from South Glens Falls was first stopped by police on Sunday for driving erratically. His BAC was .26 percent.

The 2nd violation occurred Wednesday when police stopped him again (on the same street as Sunday). This time his BAC was a personal best, .27 percent. Um, .08 is the legal limit by the way.

Bentley is facing multiple charges including DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation. Both charges are felonies.
